   We are a legally registered and fully compliant Indonesian entity, operating with complete transparency under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

   Company Registration: We are registered as a PT (Perseroan Terbatas) company under the laws of Indonesia, with our corporate governance overseen by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).

   Business Identification Number (NIB): Our company holds a valid NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) issued through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, which serves as our primary business license.

   Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We possess the specific operational license required by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) to operate as a tour and travel consultancy.

   Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak) and are fully compliant with all Indonesian tax regulations, ensuring our financial integrity and contribution to the national economy.

   Indonesian Data Privacy Law (UU PDP): Our data handling and storage procedures are fully compliant with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection law. We use encrypted servers and secure communication channels for all document transfers.

   Confidentiality Agreements: All members of our team are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to ensure the absolute confidentiality of our clients’ information.

   Vehicle & Transport Safety: All vehicles used for our client transport services are fully insured, regularly maintained, and equipped with GPS tracking. Our drivers are professionally licensed and trained in defensive driving.

   Emergency Protocols: We have established clear emergency protocols, including contacts with local medical facilities and authorities in Labuan Bajo, to respond swiftly and effectively to any unforeseen incidents.

   IATA Partner Standards: While not an airline, we work with IATA-accredited travel partners, ensuring that any flight bookings or coordination we assist with adhere to the highest international safety and operational standards.
